Helpful Resources for Addiction

As those who have been touched by addiction know, it can be a very difficult, confusing, and sometimes scary experience. At Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital, we want to help individuals, families, and their loved ones weather the storm as best they can. We often recommend reading materials as a useful coping tool for education, increased understanding, and support. Following is a list of books we recommend to our patients as they begin and/or continue their journey of recovery.
