Professional's Wellness Program at the Center for Addiction Medicine
The Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital Professional's Wellness Program provides intensive treatment and education about addiction and its effects on the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. The Professional's Wellness Program is appropriate for individuals who work in high accountability, high responsibility, and/or safety-sensitive positions. Such individuals might include doctors, lawyers, pilots, nurses, flight attendants, business executives, members of law enforcement, public safety, and more.
What Makes Our Program Unique?
- Our clinical team can work closely with Human Resources Departments and/or Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) if necessary.
- Provide formal documentation for Return to Work requirements
- Refer out for Fitness of Duty evaluations
- Highly trained, specialized addictionologists with many years of experience treating impaired professionals
- Work closely with state peer assistance programs and/or licensure boards if necessary
- The program includes a family component, providing education and support groups for those most impacted by their loved one's addiction.
- Personal attention via individual therapy sessions
- Opportunity for private family therapy and/or couple's sessions
- Enhanced case management
- Aftercare and Caduceus groups offered
