Facility 

Our facility is part of the Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital campus in Hoffman Estates, IL. Located inside a professional office building adjacent to the hospital, our office provides a private and comfortable environment for study subjects. For our acute inpatient studies or those studies which may require ongoing monitoring, we utilize inpatient hospital beds within our 142-bed psychiatric facility.

Facility highlights include:

• Three private subject examination rooms
• Room for study subjects to eat, relax, watch television, and utilize the internet
• 12-lead ECG
• Refrigerator (2-8 degrees Centigrade)
• -20 degree freezer
• -70 degree freezer
• Lab Room with calibrated and refrigerated centrifuges to process samples on site
• Drug storage area - double-locked, secured, limited access and temperature-controlled
• Study monitor rooms with wireless internet access
• Large temperature-controlled space for long-term storage of study documentation

Alexian Brothers Center for Psychiatric Research is staffed with experienced, caring and dedicated staff to handle every type of psychiatric trial from Phase I through Phase IV.
