Dear Self-Injury Recovery Services (SIRS) Staff,

I just wanted to say thank you for all you have done for me. This program has been life changing. I now know that my self-injury is a choice and I will not need to use self-injury to get through hard times. I know my relapse was for a reason and God has a plan for me to use my story for good. I really want to help families of teenagers who self-injure understand why their family member chooses to self-injure.
