Treatment and Therapies at the Young Adult Program at Alexian Brothers Center for Mental Health

The Young Adult Program at Alexian Brothers Center for Mental Health offers specialized programming for adults ages 18-25 who are in the process of recovery. While participating in this program, you will:

• Receive group counseling, individual therapy, and vocational and educational assistance
• Increase your understanding of mental and physical health issues
• Learn techniques to vocalize your needs and discuss your progress to actively participate in your treatment process
• Gain insight into your personal goals for the future
• Explore the dynamics of family and interpersonal relationships
• Receive feedback and assistance in exploring personal aspirations related to employment, volunteering, and educational activities
• Increase confidence as you become more independent
