"I've been in practice for over ten years and specialize in helping individuals learn skills to reduce emotional pain. I utilize evidence based techniques to help individuals reduce depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress and disordered eating habits. I teach my clients how to change negative thinking patterns that lead to desctiuctive thoughts and behaviors. I focus on empowering my clients to find their strengths and motivation to change unhealthy habits. I have experience working in the health and fitness industry and believe that the mind and body are connected. Therefore, I encourage mind/body techniques that will help improve overall health, wellness and happiness."
