Tests, Treatments, and Therapies at the Low Vision Program at Alexian Rehabilitation Hospital

As part of your assessment, we evaluate how low vision affects your ability to complete daily activities. We can also conduct assessments of your home or community environments to help you positively adapt and maximize your vision to remain as independent as possible.

If you have not already had an eye exam, we will refer you to the appropriate specialist for a comprehensive eye examination to determine your visual ability and potential. Additionally, we will educate you on low vision resources available in your community.

We also offer a driving evaluation and driver rehabilitation services.

We can provide low-cost transportation to and from your appointments if you reside within the transport area.
