The Alexian Brothers began their mission over 700 years ago to care for the sick, the aged, the poor, and the dying. Our hospice program specifically serves the people in our community who have been identified as terminally ill. Alexian Brothers Hospice continues the mission of the Alexian Brothers Health System by identifying and developing effective responses to the health needs of those we are called to serve.
Our hospice team carries forth the beliefs and values of the Alexian Brothers tradition to provide expertise, compassion and dedication to dignity along the entire continuum of care, from the beginning of life through its final days.
In keeping with our values to provide the best quality care possible, Alexian Brothers Hospice is a member of NHPCO (National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization), a Medicare Certified Hospice and is accredited through The Joint Commission.
You matter to the last moment of your life, and we will do all we can, not only to help you die peacefully, but to live until you die.
