Alexian Brothers Senior and Community Resource Center is designed to provide an innovative, seamless continuum of care for older adults from wellness, to early detection of disease, through inpatient and post-acute care. Our overall goal is to optimize the quality of life, addressing the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of older adults. Alexian Brothers Senior and Community Resource Center offers a variety of programs, presentations, and workshops for older adults and their families, including the resources needed to age gracefully in one’s home. Your gift to Alexian Brothers Senior and Community Resource Center will help bring these critical resources to older adults in our communities.

Alexian Brothers Senior and Community Resource Center Assistance Fund: Alexian Brothers Senior and Community Resource Center is a champion of positive aging for seniors. Positive aging is using all existing resources to improve a person's quality of life in the later years. Your donation to Alexian Brothers Senior and Community Resource Center Assistance Fund enables you to help older adults who need help purchasing medications not covered by Medicare or other insurance, or by funding transportation.

Alexian Brothers Senior and Community Resource Center Unrestricted Gift: The needs of older adults can range from medical care to advice on taxes. At Alexian Brothers Senior and Community Resource Center we strive to meet as many of these needs as we can. To effectively do this, we depend upon donations from those in the community who have a heart for older adults, especially those who are working with fixed incomes. Your unrestricted donation will be put to good use where the need is greatest among the older adults we serve, including community outreach and installing more social workers at assisted living and retirement communities.
