What do our wait times mean?

Our wait times are calculated as the average time it takes for a patient to check into our facilities and then be evaluated for treatment.*
Ultimately, patients with life threatening or more serious injuries will be seen prior to those with non-life threatening issues. Please remember to dial 911 in the case of any emergency.

*It is the average time from when a patient checks in to the time when they have been evaluated and treatment can be started. Our wait times are calculated every 30 minutes and are based on the calculations from the prior 30 minutes.
